Konjac Sponge

For your first use, place the sponge in a small bowl of warm water to rehydrate! If you want to get fancy, add one drop of your favorite relaxing essential oil to the water! 

Squeeze out excess water, and use either on its own or with a cleanser to gently exfoliate your skin by moving the sponge in small circles across your face!

Can you pay special attention to how the texture feels on your skin? In your hands? Bliss resides in the sensual details of every present moment!

After use: rinse until water runs clean, wring out excess, and hang to dry! 

That's it!

When the sponge loses the ability to expand/contract or feels grimy/odorous, it's time to compost it and start fresh.
